Guided Talent is recruiting a CNC Turner on behalf of a reputable Precision Engineering Company located in West Byfleet, South East. This role involves setting, operating, and programming CNC Lathes to produce high-precision components. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently, ensuring that all parts meet specified quality standards and production deadlines. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision are essential for this position, as well as the ability to interpret technical drawings and work within tight tolerances.
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in setting, operating, and programming CNC Lathes
- Proficiency in CNC machine tooling and maintenance
- Experience working with technical drawings and specifications
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulatory standards in a machine shop environment
- Previous experience in a precision engineering environment is desirable
