Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 + Monthly Commission + Benefits
Our client, a leading provider of smart automation products and connected living solutions, is seeking a driven and ambitious Field Sales Executive to join their growing team. Covering the East of England, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge home and building automation technologies, selling into property developers, resellers, installers, and system integrators.
The Role
This is a field-based position focused on both new business generation and developing existing accounts across your region. You’ll be promoting a market-leading range of smart automation and control products used in residential and commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities across the East of England (Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Lincolnshire).

Build and manage relationships with property developers, system integrators, installers, and reseller partners.

Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase the benefits of smart automation solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from first contact through to delivery.

Meet and exceed sales targets, maintaining accurate records of activity and pipeline management through CRM systems.
About You

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the technology, electrical, or smart home industries.

Comfortable with B2B and B2C sales, including cold calling, warm calling, and client-facing activity.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, results-driven attitude.

Self-motivated and able to work independently across a regional territory.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the East of England.
