HSE Manager – Corby (Multi-Site)
Guided Talent is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager to join our client, a growing manufacturing company based in Corby. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee health and safety operations across three sites, including the company's new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a safety-conscious culture, and implementing effective risk management strategies tailored to manufacturing environments. You will be a key point of contact for health and safety initiatives, audits, and training, with the goal of maintaining a safe workplace for all employees.
- Possess NEBOSH qualification or higher
- Experience in managing health and safety within manufacturing environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites effectively
- Strong understanding of UK health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Background in engineering is preferred
