What you’ll actually be doing
Recruitment is fast-paced, social and commercial.
You’ll learn how to:
• Find and speak with talented candidates
• Build relationships with clients
• Work on live vacancies
• Match people with the right opportunities
• Negotiate offers and close deals
• Develop new business
• Build your own network and market
• Take increasing ownership of your own recruitment desk
You’ll be speaking to people every day, building relationships and learning how to create opportunities from scratch.
And when you make placements, you earn commission.
What we’re looking for
Experience is useful, but attitude matters more.
You could be coming from sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, sport, telesales or another target-driven environment.
Or you might simply be someone looking for their first proper commercial career.
