Guided Talent is currently recruiting for a Permanent Manual Turner to join a reputable aerospace company based in West London. This role involves operating manual lathes to produce precision components, ensuring strict adherence to technical specifications and quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and adjusting manual machines, interpreting technical drawings, and working efficiently within a team to meet production deadlines. - Experience in manual machining, specifically using manual lathes
- Previous employment as a Manual Turner or Toolmaker is desirable
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Competence in setting up and operating manual machine tools
- Willingness to work shifts (06:30 – 14:30 and 13:55 – 21:55)
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
