    Sales Operations Manager – Corporate Partnerships & Memberships

    Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum + Performance Bonus/Commission (to be determined)
    Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

    We are a dynamic group of zoos dedicated to conservation, education, and unforgettable wildlife experiences. As we continue to grow our impact and visitor reach, we’re seeking an ambitious and creative Sales Operations Manager to spearhead the development of new business opportunities—specifically targeting corporate partnerships and group memberships.

    The Role

    This is a newly created role with a key focus: to drive revenue growth by securing new corporate partnerships and boosting memberships. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial future of our zoos. With creative freedom and strategic input, you’ll define and implement outreach strategies, identify untapped markets, and build long-lasting B2B relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, approach, and win new business through corporate partnerships and membership schemes
    • Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting businesses of all sizes (from SMEs to large enterprises)
    • Build compelling B2B packages that align with corporate CSR, employee engagement, and client hospitality objectives
    • Work closely with marketing, events, and leadership teams to tailor offers and communications
    • Manage a pipeline of leads and track performance using CRM and reporting tools
    • Represent the zoos at networking events, exhibitions, and meetings
    • Contribute to defining sales targets and bonus structures over the first 6 months
    • Ensure smooth onboarding of new partners and ongoing relationship management

    About You

    • Proven experience in business development, sales operations, or corporate partnerships
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and creatively
    • Strategic thinker with a passion for generating new revenue streams
    • Previous experience in the leisure, tourism, non-profit, or hospitality sector is advantageous but not essential
    • Enthusiastic about wildlife, conservation, and making a positive impact
