The successful candidate will be responsible for surface preparation, selecting and applying appropriate coating systems, and working meticulously to achieve flawless finishes. You will need to interpret technical drawings to understand specific project requirements and work effectively within a team to meet production deadlines. The role requires flexibility to work shifts from 06:00 to 14:00 and 13:55 to 21:55, supporting the company's operational needs.
- Experience as a paint sprayer, preferably within aerospace, automotive, or industrial sectors
- Understanding of surface preparation and coating systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Competence in working with spray guns and other application equipment
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Flexibility to work shifts from early morning to late evening shifts
