Hours: 37 hours per week – Monday to Thursday

The Role
As a Process Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring key production processes, collecting and analysing process data, and helping to drive improvements across the manufacturing operation. Working closely with production teams, you will ensure processes remain efficient, consistent, and compliant with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control manufacturing processes and associated equipment.
- Carry out routine process checks and inspections.
- Record, analyse and report production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor production parameters to ensure quality and efficiency targets are achieved.
- Assist with troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operation.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained.
- Work safely at all times, following company health and safety procedures.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience in process control, process monitoring or process engineering would be advantageous.
- A strong analytical approach with the ability to interpret production data.
- Good attention to detail and a methodical way of working.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- An interest in engineering, manufacturing or industrial processes.
- A willingness to learn and develop within a specialist manufacturing environment.
- A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
