With a strong reputation for quality and innovation, we support clients across various industries and are now looking to strengthen our team with a dedicated Quality Engineer.
Role Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer—whether from a quality, mechanical, or manufacturing background—to join a collaborative and diverse engineering environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving product and process quality across the site.
Key Responsibilities:

Support and maintain the company’s quality management system (QMS)

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Monitor and improve production processes to ensure compliance with internal and customer quality standards

Participate in internal audits and support external audits when required

Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to drive quality improvements

Assist in the development and review of documentation such as control plans, FMEAs, and inspection reports

Handle non-conformance reports (NCRs) and coordinate follow-up actions
Requirements:

Degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies (e.g. 8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys) is desirable

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
